Jose Pedro Fermandois

Associate

José Pedro Fermandois specializes in the area of Public Law and Data Privacy. He has extensive experience in legislative and regulatory process. He has been an associate at the firm since 2022. He previously acted as Legal Advisor in the Legal and Legislative Division of the Ministry of the Presidential Secretary (SEGPRES), advising the Presidency of the Republic on matters related to the exercise of regulatory powers; legislative processes; and in the President’s constitutional and legal affairs.
