Andrés Vodanovic

Andrés Vodanovic specializes in Public Law, Regulated Markets, and Dispute Resolution. He has been an associate at our law firm since 2016. Notably, he was appointed by former President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet, to serve as Executive Secretary of the Council of Observers of the Constituent Process, a prestigious commission tasked with overseeing the constitutional discussion that began in 2016. Andrés has published numerous academic papers on constitutional law, participated in many academic seminars, and was recently appointed as a professor of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Católica de Chile after a highly competitive selection process. His expertise and contributions have been recognized by the international ranking The Legal 500 in its Public Law section, where he has been named in the “Rising Star” and “Leading Associate” categories for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024).
